It was a little odd that it was right down the street but it ended up working out in our favor because of the little ones. Next year the trip is in Marco Island Florida!
We were unable to spend the last night there because I had to teach my spin class Friday bright and early. We all (the whole family) went back mid morning Friday to pick up some things we left in the room.
Well, the key no longer worked and as it turned out they checked someone else into the room and our stuff was missing.
Hmm....we went back to the front desk and after long deliberation they gave us a free night - whoo hoo!
We went back home for the kids to take a nap, gathered what we needed and off we went. We got to enjoy the pool (a little chilly) and a nice family get-a-way.
